Bringing Baby Home Workshop (3.5 hours): This comprehensive workshop covers a wide range of topics for new parents, such as birth, labour and breathing basics, hospital stay, breastfeeding and pumping, respectful caregiving for newborns, parenting tips, setting boundaries with grandparents, infant development, and postpartum care and healing. Perfect for couples or small groups.

2. Let's Talk About Birth Workshop (3 hours): Focusing on the birthing process, this workshop delves into labour stages, breathing, and labouring positions. Learn about getting the baby into the optimal position before birth and make informed decisions about birth interventions, such as pain relief, inductions, episiotomies, and more. Best taken as an add-on to the 'Bringing Baby Home' course.

3. Reimagining Childcare Workshop: Ideal for expectant parents, caregivers, or those working with children, this practical workshop covers various caregiving practices and the importance of the first years of a child's development. Explore themes such as understanding a child's growth and development, their immense capabilities, and practical skills for caregivers and parents to support young children with respectful care.
